This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use the Fooba website at www.fooba.co.za, contact us, submit a form, request information, enquire about partnership opportunities, or register interest in a pilot. Fooba is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or platforms. You should review their privacy policies before providing personal information to them.

16. PAIA Manual

Fooba should maintain a PAIA Manual as required for private bodies and make it available in the appropriate manner. The Information Regulator states that public and private bodies are required to have their PAIA manuals publicly available, and it provides a private body PAIA Manual template.

Fooba may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are published will be subject to the updated policy.
